In July during a virtual coffee chat with one of my pharmacy clients, we explored COVID-19 and its tremendous impact on stress levels within the nursing staff.

There's no denying the complexities that come with managing the ins and outs of any long-term care pharmacy: everything from remaining compliant with federal, state, and local regulations to making sure that pharmaceutical supply chains run smoothly. There’s no denying the fact that the COVID-19 pandemic has turned the world upside down. The average person has a completely different agenda than they did at the beginning of 2020, and workplace environments have drastically changed over the last few months with no signs of heading back to the place they once were.
