Rich, how would you describe your role at SoftWriters? In software support and implementation, I work with the customers to help solve any issues that they may be encountering. I install FrameworkECM for them and help them run through the updates.

Nancy, how would you describe your role? I am an Implementation Consultant so my role is to teach and support best practices. I consult customers on best practices and recommend ways to optimize the capabilities of the FrameworkLTC solution set to improve efficiencies, workflow and financial performance. I also train customers on current and new product functionality, assist customers in the implementation process, and am a product and industry expert for our sales team.

Peter, how would you describe your role at SoftWriters? Although my title is Support Analyst, it includes more. Problem resolution, documentation, some program design, release testing – all are part of the position. The variety involved in working with a new product is what makes the job interesting.
